- 50%
deposit upon contract acceptance, with balance due prior to quilt shipment.
Prices are US$. Credit cards or checks/money orders accepted, payable to Legacy Quilts.
- Quilt
price includes labor, notions, batting & backing. Pricing assumes clients
supply a portion of quilt’s fabrics. If LQ supplies most or all fabrics,
additional costs may apply.
- Client
pays all shipping. Orders sent via UPS unless otherwise
requested.
- Pricing subject to change
without notice. Final pricing will be included in the contract and will be
binding through project completion. LQ reserves the right to terminate under
‘acts of God’.
- Although
reasonable care is taken with all client materials, LQ is not responsible
for damage or loss.
- Quilts
are not for infant sleeping- NEVER put in a bassinet or crib with a child.
LQ offers no guarantee of non-flammability.
- No
refunds or returns on custom quilts. Repairs will be made to faulty items
upon notification within 30 days of receipt.
- LQ
retains rights to photograph and use images of quilts.
- LQ
reserves the right to make minor design changes without contacting the
client.
- Please
allow 6-8 weeks for completion and delivery
after order, deposit and fabrics
are received. Expedited orders will be subject to an additional 20%
charge.
Standard
Signature Baby Quilts
require at least 2-3 weeks
for preparation and delivery
Shipping:
- Client pays all shipping costs.
Flat rate charges applied to final invoice.
- Orders are sent via UPS unless
otherwise requested. Additional charges will apply for Express shipping.
